Terms of Service

Onstreak is an independent personal performance tracking utility for EA FC players. You upload your own end-of-match screenshots; Onstreak extracts the match data from them and builds a private timeline of your results, campaign form, win streaks and session mood, so you can see how your own performance is trending.

Onstreak does not connect to, modify, automate or interfere with any game. It reads nothing from your console or PC, injects no overlay, installs no plugin and gives no in-game advantage. It works purely on the images you choose to give it.

You need an account to use Onstreak. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email or social login secure, and for the activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country if that is higher.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the AI scan API — including sending automated or bulk upload traffic, attempting to use the scan endpoint as a general-purpose image or OCR service, circumventing rate limits, or calling it from anything other than the Onstreak app.
• Scrape or harvest the service — no automated crawling, scripted access, bots, or bulk extraction of pages, endpoints or other users' data.
• Upload non-gaming media — screenshots must be your own end-of-match game screens. Do not upload photographs of people, documents, personal or sensitive data, or any illegal, infringing or explicit content.
• Upload content you have no right to use, or impersonate another player or organisation.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the service or the data it produces for others without our written permission.

We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and remove content that does not belong on the service.

You keep ownership of the screenshots and data you upload. You grant Onstreak a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely in order to provide the service to you — extracting match statistics, building your timeline and generating the recap visuals you ask for. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train public AI models; see our Privacy Policy for the detail.

Onstreak offers Free and optional Pro access. Prices, billing period and scan allowances are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments and manages subscriptions. You can manage an existing subscription through the billing portal available in Profile. Cancelling a subscription and requesting account deletion are separate actions. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Automated extraction can make mistakes and is not infallible, and we make no warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Treat every extracted figure as an aid, not an official record. Features may change, and early-access builds may be modified or withdrawn.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onstreak is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can stop using Onstreak at any time. To request account deletion, email contact@onstreak.gg from your account email address. We verify ownership and handle the request manually; deletion is not an automated account settings feature. We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 4, or discontinue the service, giving reasonable notice where we can.

We may update these terms as the product develops and will post the revised version on this page. These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions about these terms can go to contact@onstreak.gg.
